Please note: Our platform and website are exclusively designated for property owners seeking property management services, revenue estimates, and rental performance consultations. Our website does not handle direct guest booking reservations or lodging rental transactions.
2. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
Deep Creek Vistas LLC ("we," "us," or "our") may send SMS text messages to users who have opted in through our online inquiry forms. Depending on the consent options you select, the kinds of messages you can expect to receive include updates related to your property management inquiry, free revenue estimate results, consultation scheduling reminders, property care notifications, and—if you opt in to marketing—periodic promotional messages with seasonal market insights, listing optimization tips, and owner performance updates.
- Opting In Is Voluntary: Opting in to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or utilizing our property management services. Providing a phone number is optional on our inquiry forms.
- Cancel / STOP: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 240-704-8894. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Privacy & Non-Sharing Safeguard: Mobile phone numbers and consent data collected for SMS messaging will not be shared, sold, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
